This is my Life's Calling.

My passion lies in bridging the gaps in today’s health and wellness information. Many people don't realise the importance of treating acne from the inside out, understanding that PMS is common but not normal, or recognising the profound link between mental health, gut health, and hormones. I’m dedicated to helping people understand that they can take control of their health, empowering them to ask the right questions and challenge what they know. If I can guide people towards this path of wellness, then I have fulfilled my purpose on this earth.

My Background and Education

From a young age, Chinese Medicine has been a central part of my life, thanks to my father, who is also a doctor of Chinese Medicine. Herbal decoctions and the Chinese Medicine lifestyle were as familiar to me as daily routines. I remember asking my father what I should be when I grow up, and he proudly said, "Be a Chinese Medicine doctor, like me!"

This early inspiration led me to pursue a double bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology from RMIT Melbourne. My education continued with a clinical internship at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China, where I gained invaluable experience working with world-class practitioners.  Today, I continue to refine my skills and knowledge by teaching seminars, sharing my expertise with other practitioners to elevate the field.

I am a registered practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Registration Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an accredited member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).

I Left Half my Heart in Africa

  • Mango season

  • How To Train Your Dragon trilogy

  • Safari expeditions in Africa

  • The heartachingly beautiful sound of the cello and string instruments

  • My family

  • Dogs

  • Shane Smith and the Saints

  • Snowboarding

  • Australian native flowers

  • Parrots and wildlife

  • Hills, valleys and mountains
